AccessFill: Accessibility Checker & Alt Text — Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 November 2026
These terms are between you and Spyridon Pikoulas, who makes AccessFill, an add-on for Google Docs™, Google Slides™ and Google Sheets™. Installing or using AccessFill means you accept them.
The service
AccessFill checks the document, presentation or spreadsheet you open it in for common accessibility issues, and applies the fixes you choose.
AccessFill checks against common accessibility guidelines such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). It does not certify compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or any other law, standard or regulation. Passing its checks does not mean a file is fully accessible: some things it cannot check, and it lists some for you to check by hand. Whether a file meets the rules that apply to you remains your responsibility.
Free use and the one-time purchase
Checking is free and unlimited. Each Google account gets 5 fixes free in total, applied one at a time. One fix is one issue fixed in your file. Fixes that AccessFill refuses before changing anything use none. Fix all, which applies every ready fix at once, comes with the unlock. A fix with an uncertain outcome keeps its reserved fix unavailable; it is not automatically refunded or repeated. If that happens, write to us and we will restore it.
After that, AccessFill is a $9 one-time unlock per Google account for unlimited fixes and Fix all, paid through Stripe at the price shown before you pay, plus any tax due. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Google’s service limits apply to free and paid use.
Any payment can be refunded within 14 days: write to the address below with the Google account email used for the purchase. A full refund or dispute removes the unlock when a later billing check finds it; checks are normally cached for six hours, so this is not instant.
Accounts that bought DiffFill get AccessFill unlocked, or a refund on request.
Your part
Use AccessFill lawfully and within Google’s terms. Don’t try to get around the free limit or the purchase check. Review the fixes you apply; the alt text and link text you type are yours.
Warranty and liability
AccessFill is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, including that a file it has checked or fixed meets any accessibility law or standard. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for AccessFill in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms or AccessFill’s price. A new price applies to future purchases. The date at the top shows the latest version. Danish law governs these terms.
