AppendFill: Combine Tabs for Google Sheets™ - Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These terms are between you and Spyridon Pikoulas, who makes AppendFill, an add-on for Google Sheets™. Installing or using it means you accept them.

The service

AppendFill appends rows from explicit ranges on distinct tabs in the current spreadsheet into one new snapshot tab. You review source order, ranges, headings, output columns and every mapping; exact headings distinguish case and spaces. Differently named fields can be mapped explicitly. Missing-field blanks and excluded populated columns need explicit approval. Hidden/filtered selected rows require inclusion acknowledgement and appear visibly in output. Wholly blank selected data rows are refused rather than silently removed.

Rows and duplicates remain in chosen source/row order. A Source tab column records each row’s origin. Calculated scalar values and number/date formats are copied; formulas become results. Literal text remains literal. Leading zeroes already lost in the source are not restored. The new tab has one heading row. Fonts/layout, embedded source hyperlinks, notes, validation, conditional formatting, filters, hidden states, protection and rich-text decoration are not copied. Ordinary Sheets detection of plain URL text is permitted.

This is not a join, deduplication, live refresh, full sheet copy or cross-file/sharing service. Source and existing tabs are not overwritten. The output inherits existing spreadsheet access; it is not a separately private file. Review mappings and results before relying on them. Technical bounds, source-size/allocation safeguards and Google’s service limits apply to free and paid use; oversized or unsupported jobs refuse instead of silently dropping rows.

Each job supports up to 5,000 output rows including the one heading row (4,999 data rows), at most 20 source tabs and 20 selected columns per source, and up to 19 mapped output fields plus Source tab. The whole output, including its heading, must fit within 100,000 cells; these limits apply together.

Jobs near these limits can take several minutes; AppendFill works in steps and shows its progress.

Free jobs, retry and the $9 unlock

The free allowance is two complete jobs in total per Google account, across spreadsheets. One fully written, verified and finalized snapshot counts as one job. Preview is free; partial or refused work does not debit a free job. Completion and any free debit are recorded together. Paid jobs do not consume free jobs. An admitted job retains its starting allowance decision.

Stop takes effect after the current request; that request may still finish. Interrupted replies do not prove failure. Choose the same unchanged sources/options and Preview again to recognize and resume/reopen the latest job without another debit. Missing/edited output, changed source, changed mappings or ambiguous ownership can refuse recovery. Previously written rows are not repaired or overwritten. Keep source/output tabs until verified completion; INCOMPLETE names alone do not establish status.

The latest retry receipt has no automatic expiry. A new job passing source and allowance checks replaces a completed receipt before starting. An unfinished one blocks a different job until completion or Forget latest retry receipt. Forget, after confirmation, removes recognition without deleting tabs, restoring usage or removing a purchase. Forgotten/replaced jobs cannot rely on free retry recognition. Storage details are in the privacy policy.

The $9 one-time unlock covers AppendFill’s supported jobs within its technical limits for the Google account displayed in the sidebar, plus any tax shown at checkout. It does not unlock every collaborator’s account. It has no scheduled expiry, subscription or automatic renewal. Stripe handles payment; a full refund or disputed payment removes the unlock.

Any payment can be refunded within 14 days: write to the contact below with the email you paid with.

Your part

Use AppendFill lawfully, within Google’s terms, only with data you have the right to use. Check the account, selected bounds, source order, mappings, blank/exclusion approvals, hidden row inclusion and completed result. Consider everyone with access to the spreadsheet. Do not bypass the allowance or purchase check.

Warranty, liability and changes

AppendFill is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; total liability is limited to what you paid for AppendFill in the 12 months before the claim. Non-waivable consumer rights remain.

We may change these terms or prices. A later price change does not charge an existing one-time buyer again for the unlock bought. The date above shows the latest version. Danish law governs.
