ColorSum: Count & Sum Colored Cells by Color — Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Spyridon Pikoulas, who makes ColorSum, an add-on for Google Sheets™. Installing or using ColorSum means you accept them.
The service
ColorSum counts, sums and averages cells of your spreadsheets by their fill or text color, from a sidebar and with formulas. It sees the colors Google Sheets™ reports to add-ons: colors from conditional formatting are not among them. Google Sheets™ recalculates formulas on its own schedule; check totals that matter.
Free plan and ColorSum Pro
The free plan counts the selected cells up to 10 times a day. ColorSum Pro removes that cap, adds the color formulas and their automatic refresh, and is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown before you pay, plus any tax due. The first subscription of each Google account starts with a 7-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you are not charged. The formulas keep working in a spreadsheet for 3 days after a subscription ends, then ask for Pro.
A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from ColorSum’s sidebar (Manage subscription); it then runs to the end of the period already paid. Any payment can be refunded within 14 days: write to the address below with the email you subscribed with.
Your part
Use ColorSum lawfully and within Google’s terms. Don’t try to get around the free plan’s limit or the subscription check.
Warranty and liability
ColorSum is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for ColorSum in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms or ColorSum’s prices; a price change applies from your next billing period after we tell you. The date at the top shows the latest version. Danish law governs these terms.
