ContentsFill: Table of Contents Across Tabs — Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms are between you and Spyridon Pikoulas, who makes ContentsFill, an add-on for Google Docs™. Installing or using ContentsFill means you accept them.
The service
ContentsFill shows an outline of the tabs and headings of the document you open it in, moves the cursor to a heading you click, and writes a linked table of contents into that document.
When you insert the table, ContentsFill adds a one-cell table below the paragraph with the cursor and writes the contents into it. It puts a bookmark at the start of each heading the table lists, which the table’s links go to; Docs shows these bookmarks as small blue markers while you edit. Refresh replaces everything inside the table with the current contents, so anything typed into the table is lost on the next refresh; text outside it is never changed. A document has one ContentsFill table. Remove table and bookmarks deletes the table and the bookmarks ContentsFill added; your headings and text stay as they are. File > Version history in Docs shows and restores the document as it was before any of these.
Free use and the one-time purchase
The outline is free and unlimited, with the headings of the first 3 tabs of a document; every tab is listed. Each Google account gets 3 contents tables or refreshes free in total. One use is one table inserted or refreshed; the outline, going to a heading, Remove, and an insert or refresh that fails before the table is written use none.
After that, ContentsFill is a $9 one-time unlock per Google account for unlimited tables and every tab’s headings in the outline, paid through Stripe at the price shown before you pay, plus any tax due. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Google’s service limits apply to free and paid use.
Any payment can be refunded within 14 days: write to the address below with the Google account email used for the purchase. A full refund or dispute removes the unlock when a later billing check finds it; checks are normally cached for six hours, so this is not instant.
Your part
Use ContentsFill lawfully and within Google’s terms. Don’t try to get around the free limit or the purchase check.
Warranty and liability
ContentsFill is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for ContentsFill in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms or ContentsFill’s price. A new price applies to future purchases. The date at the top shows the latest version. Danish law governs these terms.
