EventFill: Create & Import Calendar Events — Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Spyridon Pikoulas, who makes EventFill, an add-on for Google Sheets™. Installing or using EventFill means you accept them.
The service
EventFill creates and updates Google Calendar™ events from the rows of your spreadsheets, and imports calendar events into them. It does what the rows say, in the spreadsheet’s time zone: check the columns and the calendar you pick before you run it, and check events that matter. Google Calendar™ limits how many changes an account can make in a short time; past it, EventFill stops and goes on when you run it again.
Free plan and EventFill Pro
The free plan sends or imports up to 50 events a day. EventFill Pro removes that cap and is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown before you pay, plus any tax due. The first subscription of each Google account starts with a 7-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from EventFill’s sidebar (Manage subscription); it then runs to the end of the period already paid. Any payment can be refunded within 14 days: write to the address below with the email you subscribed with.
Your part
Use EventFill lawfully and within Google’s terms; invite only guests who expect your events. Don’t try to get around the free plan’s limit or the subscription check.
Warranty and liability
EventFill is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed appointments included, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for EventFill in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms or EventFill’s prices; a price change applies from your next billing period after we tell you. The date at the top shows the latest version. Danish law governs these terms.
