GeoFill: Geocode Address to Lat Long Coordinates — Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Spyridon Pikoulas, who makes GeoFill, an add-on for Google Sheets™. Installing or using GeoFill means you accept them.
The service
GeoFill geocodes addresses and coordinates in your spreadsheets through Google’s geocoding service. The number of lookups Google allows each day (1,000 on a personal Google account and 10,000 on Google Workspace™, at the time of writing) is set by Google, not by GeoFill.
Results come from Google Maps™. Your use of them is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Geocoding is not always right: check results that matter, and see each row’s Match column.
Free plan and GeoFill Pro
The free plan geocodes up to 100 addresses or coordinates a day. GeoFill Pro removes that cap,
adds the =GEOCODE() and =REVERSE_GEOCODE() formulas and the use of your own Maps Platform key,
and is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown before you pay, plus any tax
due. The first subscription of each Google account starts with a 7-day free trial; cancel before
it ends and you are not charged.
A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from GeoFill’s sidebar (Manage subscription); it then runs to the end of the period already paid. Any payment can be refunded within 14 days: write to the address below with the email you subscribed with.
Your part
Use GeoFill lawfully and within Google’s terms. Don’t try to get around the free plan’s limit or the subscription check.
Warranty and liability
GeoFill is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for GeoFill in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms or GeoFill’s prices; a price change applies from your next billing period after we tell you. The date at the top shows the latest version. Danish law governs these terms.
