LabelFill: Print Address Labels - Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Spyridon Pikoulas, who makes LabelFill, an add-on for Google Sheets™. Installing or using LabelFill means you accept them.
The service
LabelFill turns selected address rows in the current spreadsheet into a downloadable PDF for the exact label layouts it supports. You choose the columns, address lines and starting slot, then preview the result before generating it. The source cells are left unchanged. LabelFill does not verify postal addresses, buy postage or promise compatibility with unlisted stock.
Check the preview and output before printing. Use the matching paper size and Actual size/100% scale, and check alignment on plain paper before using label stock. PDF geometry cannot guarantee every printer’s physical alignment. Unsupported text or content that will not fit must be fixed before output. Google’s service limits and availability apply to free and paid use.
Free plan and the one-time unlock
The free plan allows one generated PDF label sheet/page in total per Google account, rather than one per document or day. Preview is free. A larger selection requires the paid unlock, or you may explicitly choose only the first sheet while your free sheet remains. LabelFill shows how many selected addresses that option leaves out.
The allowance is used when a PDF has been generated and its completion is recorded, rather than when your operating system confirms a saved or printed file. Retrying the same unchanged latest output can recover from an interrupted reply without consuming the allowance again. A different output replaces that retry record; Forget retry history removes it without restoring the free allowance. Keep your downloaded PDF if you want to print it again.
The $9 one-time unlock covers unlimited generation on supported layouts for the Google account shown in LabelFill, subject to technical limits, plus any tax shown at checkout. It has no scheduled expiry, subscription or automatic renewal. Payment is through Stripe. The unlock belongs to the account used to buy it, rather than every collaborator on the spreadsheet. A full refund or disputed payment removes the paid unlock.
Any payment can be refunded within 14 days: write to the address below with the email you paid with.
Your part
Use LabelFill lawfully, within Google’s terms, and with data you have the right to use. Check that your intended recipients, addresses and label stock are correct. Do not try to bypass the free limit or plan check. You are responsible for downloaded PDFs and printed address labels.
Warranty and liability
LabelFill is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for LabelFill in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms or prices. A later price change does not charge an existing one-time buyer again for the unlock they bought. The date above shows the latest version. Danish law governs these terms.
