PaperFill: Print Forms, Answer Keys & Responses — Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Spyridon Pikoulas, who makes PaperFill, an add-on for Google Forms™. Installing or using PaperFill means you accept them. PaperFill replaces QuizFill on the same Google Workspace Marketplace listing.
The service
Printing. PaperFill lays out the form you open it in as a copy to fill in on paper, as its answer key, or as the responses you choose, each on its own page, and shows the layout before you print. Printing opens your browser’s print dialog. The answer key shows the right answers and points set in the form, and short-answer answers once you have chosen the form for PaperFill in Google’s file picker. Scores are the ones Forms gave; Forms gives add-ons no answer key for grid questions. Check the pages before you hand them out or grade with them: they show what the form and Forms hold, including its mistakes.
Importing. PaperFill reads questions you paste, or the one Google Docs™ document or Google Sheets™ spreadsheet you choose, shows how it read them, and adds them at the end of the form, with their right answers, points and feedback, and turns on the form’s quiz setting if any of them has an answer or points. It does not change or delete the questions already in the form; a question Forms refuses part way through is taken out again rather than left half made. Forms has no undo for this: to take imported questions out, delete them in the form. Check the preview and the form before you share it: PaperFill reads the right answers from how your questions are written, and a question written ambiguously can be read differently from what you meant. Short-answer answer keys can only be set in a form you have chosen for PaperFill in Google’s file picker; when an import has some it could not set, PaperFill asks you to choose the form, then adds them.
Free use and the one-time purchase
Every layout’s preview is free and unlimited. Each Google account gets 2 prints free in total: one print is one click on Print that opens the print dialog. Printing the same layout of the same form, with the same options and responses, right after it was printed uses none.
Each Google account also gets 2 imports free in total, each adding the first 10 questions of the preview. One import is one click on Add that adds at least one question, including one that stops part way after adding some; reading a file, the preview and adding short-answer keys afterwards use none. Imports used in QuizFill count toward these.
After that, PaperFill is a $9 one-time unlock per Google account for unlimited printing and importing, paid through Stripe at the price shown before you pay, plus any tax due. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Google’s service limits apply to free and paid use.
Any payment can be refunded within 14 days: write to the address below with the Google account email used for the purchase. A full refund or dispute removes the unlock when a later billing check finds it; checks are normally cached for six hours, so this is not instant.
Accounts that bought QuizFill get PaperFill unlocked, or a refund on request.
Your part
Use PaperFill lawfully and within Google’s terms, with questions you have the right to use. The responses you print are your respondents’ data: handle the pages as you would the responses themselves. Don’t try to get around the free limit or the purchase check.
Warranty and liability
PaperFill is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including grades or results based on a page PaperFill printed or an answer key it set, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for PaperFill in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms or PaperFill’s price. A new price applies to future purchases. The date at the top shows the latest version. Danish law governs these terms.
