PhotoFill: Insert & Import Photos, Images in Bulk — Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 September 2026
These terms are between you and Spyridon Pikoulas, who makes PhotoFill, an add-on for Google Slides™. Installing or using PhotoFill means you accept them.
The service
PhotoFill puts the photos you pick in Google Photos™ onto new slides of the presentation you open it in. Google Slides™ keeps images of up to 4K (3840 pixels on the long side); larger ones are scaled down to fit, and a photo Google refuses is named rather than added. Google’s picker lets you select photos, not whole albums. Check the slides before you present them.
Free plan, PhotoFill Pro and the pass
The free plan adds up to 30 photos a day. PhotoFill Pro removes that cap, at the price shown before you pay, plus any tax due, through Stripe, either:
- as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly, which renews automatically until you cancel it, at any time from PhotoFill’s sidebar (Manage subscription); it then runs to the end of the period already paid; or
- as a pass: one payment for 7 days of Pro from the moment of purchase, which does not renew.
Any payment can be refunded within 14 days: write to the address below with the email you paid with.
Your part
Use PhotoFill lawfully and within Google’s terms, with photos you have the right to use. Don’t try to get around the free plan’s limit or the plan check.
Warranty and liability
PhotoFill is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for PhotoFill in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms or PhotoFill’s prices; a price change applies from your next billing period after we tell you. The date at the top shows the latest version. Danish law governs these terms.
