QRFill: QR Codes for Google Forms™ — Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms are between you and Spyridon Pikoulas, who makes QRFill, an add-on for Google Forms™. Installing or using QRFill means you accept them.
The service
QRFill makes QR codes for the form you open it in: one with the form’s own link, or a set with one prefilled link per answer to a question you choose. It draws them in your browser, for you to download as PNG or SVG files or to print.
Codes link straight to your form and never expire: each holds the form’s link itself. They open the form for as long as that link works, so deleting the form, or unpublishing it, stops them opening it. A prefilled answer is only a starting point; the person answering can change it. QRFill does not submit answers, host links or count scans.
QRFill changes your form only if you click Add a sample question: it then adds a dropdown question “Table” with three choices at the end of the form, which you can delete there.
Scan a code before you print many, and check it opens the form you meant, with the answer you meant. Colors, a logo, a small print size or a worn print can make a code harder for some phones to read.
Free use and the one-time purchase
The QR code of the form’s own link, in black and white, is free and unlimited. Each Google account gets 3 sets with colors, a logo or prefilled answers free in total. A set counts once, when it is first downloaded or printed; downloading or printing the same set again right after uses no other.
After that, QRFill is a $9 one-time unlock per Google account for unlimited sets, paid through Stripe at the price shown before you pay, plus any tax due. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Google’s service limits apply to free and paid use.
Any payment can be refunded within 14 days: write to the address below with the Google account email used for the purchase. A full refund or dispute removes the unlock when a later billing check finds it; checks are normally cached for six hours, so this is not instant.
Your part
Use QRFill lawfully and within Google’s terms, with logos you have the right to use. Don’t try to get around the free limit or the purchase check.
Warranty and liability
QRFill is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including printing costs or answers lost to a code that did not scan, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for QRFill in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms or QRFill’s price. A new price applies to future purchases. The date at the top shows the latest version. Danish law governs these terms.
