QuizFill: Import Quiz Questions with Answer Key — Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Spyridon Pikoulas, who makes QuizFill, an add-on for Google Forms™. Installing or using QuizFill means you accept them.
The service
QuizFill reads questions you paste, or the one Google Docs™ document or Google Sheets™ spreadsheet you choose, shows how it read them, and adds them to the form you open it in.
When you add questions, QuizFill writes them at the end of the form, with their right answers, points and feedback, and turns on the form’s quiz setting if any of them has an answer or points. It does not change or delete the questions already in the form; a question Forms refuses part way through is taken out again rather than left half made. Forms has no undo for this: to take imported questions out, delete them in the form. Check the preview and the form before you share it: QuizFill reads the right answers from how your questions are written, and a question written ambiguously can be read differently from what you meant.
Short-answer answer keys can only be set in a form you have chosen for QuizFill in Google’s file picker. When an import has short-answer keys it could not set, QuizFill asks you to choose the form, then adds them.
Free use and the one-time purchase
The preview is free and unlimited. Each Google account gets 2 imports free in total, each adding the first 10 questions of the preview. One import is one click on Add that adds at least one question, including one that stops part way after adding some; reading a file, the preview and adding short-answer keys afterwards use none.
After that, QuizFill is a $9 one-time unlock per Google account for unlimited imports of any length, paid through Stripe at the price shown before you pay, plus any tax due. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Google’s service limits apply to free and paid use.
Any payment can be refunded within 14 days: write to the address below with the Google account email used for the purchase. A full refund or dispute removes the unlock when a later billing check finds it; checks are normally cached for six hours, so this is not instant.
Your part
Use QuizFill lawfully and within Google’s terms, with questions you have the right to use. Don’t try to get around the free limit or the purchase check.
Warranty and liability
QuizFill is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including grades or results based on an answer key QuizFill set, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for QuizFill in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms or QuizFill’s price. A new price applies to future purchases. The date at the top shows the latest version. Danish law governs these terms.
