TextFill: Clean Text, Sort Paragraphs, Change Case — Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms are between you and Spyridon Pikoulas, who makes TextFill, an add-on for Google Docs™. Installing or using TextFill means you accept them.

The service

TextFill changes the text of the document you open it in, as you ask: it cleans it, changes its case, or sorts its paragraphs, list items or table rows. It works on the text you select or, with nothing selected, on the whole tab you are in.

A clean or a case change rewrites the text it covers: characters are replaced, paragraphs that a clean judges broken mid-sentence are joined, and the fonts, sizes, colors and spacing you ask it to clear are cleared. Bold, italics and links are kept. A sort moves the items it sorts: Docs cannot move an item, so TextFill puts a copy of it in its new place and deletes the original. Comments, suggestions and bookmarks anchored in a moved item may not move with it. TextFill refuses to sort items holding a footnote or a positioned image, and tables with merged cells. Edit > Undo and File > Version history in Docs show and restore the document as it was before.

Free use and the one-time purchase

Changing case is free and unlimited. Each Google account gets 10 cleans or sorts free in total. One use is one clean or sort that changed the document; one that finds nothing to change, is refused, or fails before changing anything uses none.

After that, TextFill is a $9 one-time unlock per Google account for unlimited cleans and sorts, paid through Stripe at the price shown before you pay, plus any tax due. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Google’s service limits apply to free and paid use.

Any payment can be refunded within 14 days: write to the address below with the Google account email used for the purchase. A full refund or dispute removes the unlock when a later billing check finds it; checks are normally cached for six hours, so this is not instant.

Your part

Use TextFill lawfully and within Google’s terms. Check what a run changed before you rely on the result. Don’t try to get around the free limit or the purchase check.

Warranty and liability

TextFill is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for TextFill in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may change these terms or TextFill’s price. A new price applies to future purchases. The date at the top shows the latest version. Danish law governs these terms.
