TranslateFill: Translate Slides & Forms — Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Spyridon Pikoulas, who makes TranslateFill, an add-on for Google Slides™ and Google Forms™. Installing or using TranslateFill means you accept them.
The service
TranslateFill translates the presentation or form you open it in with Google’s translation service, keeping the text’s formatting, and in forms the answer keys, points and pictures. You can replace the text, add a translated copy after each slide, or keep a form’s original beside the translation. Translations are made by machine and can be wrong: check them before you use them, above all answer keys and anything people rely on.
Free use and the one-time purchase
Each Google account gets 10 slides or form questions translated free in total. A slide counts once each time it is translated; a question counts once each time a form’s questions are translated. Previewing uses none, and a run that fails before anything is written uses none. A run with an uncertain outcome keeps its reserved uses unavailable; it is not automatically refunded or repeated. If that happens, write to us and we will restore them.
After that, TranslateFill is a $9 one-time unlock per Google account for unlimited translation, paid through Stripe at the price shown before you pay, plus any tax due. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. A MathFill purchase made on the same listing unlocks TranslateFill too. Google’s service limits apply to free and paid use, including a daily limit on translations.
Any payment can be refunded within 14 days: write to the address below with the Google account email used for the purchase. A full refund or dispute removes the unlock when a later billing check finds it; checks are normally cached for six hours, so this is not instant.
Your part
Use TranslateFill lawfully and within Google’s terms, on files you may change. Don’t try to get around the free limit or the purchase check. Check the translation, and the layout of text that grew longer, before you present or share the file.
Warranty and liability
TranslateFill is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, including of the accuracy of translations. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for TranslateFill in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms or TranslateFill’s price. A new price applies to future purchases. The date at the top shows the latest version. Danish law governs these terms.
