Crate — Help for existing users

Crate’s Chrome Web Store listing is being retired. Existing installations can continue to work, and existing Pro rights remain intact. We are keeping the ExtensionPay record and plans.

Chrome Safety Check

Chrome may show a notice because Crate is no longer published in the Web Store. We voluntarily retired the listing. For this notice, Chrome’s Review screen lets you remove Crate or hide the warning if you want to keep it installed. See Google’s explanation.

If you remove Crate or lose its browser profile, you cannot rely on reinstalling it from the Web Store while its listing is unpublished. This note applies to the notice about the item no longer being published.

Existing Pro purchases

In your existing Crate installation, choose Already paid? and enter the email address you purchased with through ExtensionPay. We have not deleted the purchase record or revoked Pro rights. If restoration fails, contact spyridwn.pd@gmail.com.

A purchase can be refunded within 14 days of it. Write to support from the email you paid with.
