PaperFill: Print Forms, Answer Keys & Responses

PaperFill is an add-on for Google Forms™ that prints the form you open it in: a compact copy to fill in on paper, its answer key with points, and each response on its own page with its score. It also imports quiz questions you already wrote, with their answer key. It replaces QuizFill on the same Google Workspace Marketplace listing.

The form on paper: every question numbered, with bubbles, boxes, lines and grids to fill in, pictures included, in one or two columns, with name and date lines and the points if you want them. Three text sizes.
The answer key: the same layout with the right answers marked, short-answer answers included, the total of points and, if you choose, the right and wrong feedback.
Responses: each response you choose on its own page, with the respondent’s email when the form collects it, every answer, the points for each question as Forms scored it, the right answer where it was missed, and the total.
Preview first: every layout is shown before you print. Printing opens your browser’s print dialog, where you choose a printer or save a PDF.
Import questions: paste questions, or choose one Google Docs™ document or Google Sheets™ spreadsheet, check the preview, and add them to the form as a quiz with the answer key, points and feedback.
Only the form and the files you choose: PaperFill works in the form you open it in and reads only the files you choose in Google’s file picker. It sends your form, its responses and your questions to no AI or other service.

Not in this version: answer keys for grid questions (Forms gives add-ons none) and printing a form other than the one PaperFill is opened in.

Free: every layout previewed, unlimited; 2 prints in total per Google account; and 2 imports in total, each adding the first 10 questions.
