QRFill: QR Codes for Google Forms™
QRFill is an add-on for Google Forms™ that makes QR codes for the form you open it in, to print or download. Codes link straight to your form and never expire.
- The form’s own code: one code with the form’s link, a label under it, as PNG or SVG, or printed from the dialog. Always free.
- Prefilled sets: one code per answer to a question you choose, such as one per room, table or class. Each code opens the form with that answer already filled in; people can still change it. Short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, dropdown and checkbox questions.
- Colors and a logo: your code and background colors, checked so phones can still read them, and your logo in the middle, with the strongest error correction.
- Print or download: a page of codes, two to four per row, or one PNG or SVG per code, in one ZIP for a set.
- Only the form you open it in: QRFill reads the form’s link and questions. It draws the codes in your browser, and your logo never leaves it. Nothing is sent to an AI or any other service.
Try it with Try the sample: a prefilled set, colors and a logo, filled in for you.
